Starterware/ADC12D1800RFRB: Why can the WaveVision 5 Software not recognize ADC12D1800RFRB hardware definitely?

From the Japanese university, a question came.

Why can the WaveVision 5 Software not recognize ADC12D1800RFRB hardware definitely.
He expects to use ADC12D1800RF in DESCLKIQ Mode.

Of the following URL

He operates it according to the procedure of the 2.1 and 2.2sections of the User's Guide Page8.
However,the WaveVision 5 Software not recognize ADC12D1800RFRB hardware.

The Software recognize ADC12D1800RB4 hardware by mistake.
He expects to use ADC12D1800RF in DESCLKIQ Mode.
Other mode works definitely.


I attach the photograph of ReferenceBoard.

I attach the Select the signal source hardware of GUI.

And I list the information of two PCs which he used.
No1:Windows10, NEC, LZ550MSS
No2:Windows10, acer, Aspire S5-371-A54Q/K

Please tell me the cause and the measures of this malfunction.

    It appears that board may have been configured incorrectly during production.

    Can you find out when the university customer received the ADC12D1800RFRB?

    If they can provide any order, tracking, etc. information etc. that would be helpful.

    I am co-worker with K.N. in Japan TI.
    Customer received ADS12D1800RFRB on Jan 13th 2013 from our Disty, MARUBUN Corporation.
    Order No. or other info. not known at this moment, and I could not locate information for purchase through eStore, therefore it may be MARUBUN purchased directly.
    Since Customer want to use after next week, wish to got replacement(?) next week.
