Hello Yee Yong,

the ENOB is about 11.5bit for the ADS54J60.

What is the test conditions for this ENOB value? We have table of ENOB vs Freq in J40. Do we have that table in J60?

Hi YY,

apologies I missed this post. Looks like the missing ENOB in the ads54j60 data sheet was an oversight.

For the ENOB I used the SINAD number in the data sheet:

ENOB = (SINAD - 1.76dB)/ 6.02

Here is a calculation what that looks like for ADS54j40 and ADS54j60.
