    The schematic looks good. 

    It looks like there are two different I2C buses, one labeled FAN and one labeled TEMP.  There are no pull up resistors shown on either bus, are they located somewhere else on the schematic?

    Will they be using the ALERT function.  If they are not going to use it they disable the alert pin function in register 02 and leave the pull up resistors unstuffed.

    Please make sure that when they lay out the board that the 0.1uF caps on the VA pins are located close to each part.
