Hello

For the parts DAC38J84 and DAC3484: Can you please advise the temperature sensor accuracy? has it been tested?

What is the sensor range? minimum and maximum temperature?

Where is the sensor located on the part? does it measure Tjunction or other area?

Izik,

The temperature sensor measures the junction temperature at a single point on the die. It is located near the die edge/corner adjacent to the DACs. The range is from -80C to +165C, however, the linearity/accuracy are not measured over the entire range. I’m thinking we’ve only checked from -55C to +125C.
