Based on the data rate and resolution that you need, you are describing a SAR type ADC. I personally don't support this type of ADC, but can help find someone who does.

However, I'm not sure what you mean by calculating the integration. Can you please explain this? Also, can you describe your application in more detail? It will help us with identify what ADC you need.

in the application it should to be captured the waveform of a pulse current.
the sampling duration is 30 us and the required sampling rate is >= 3.3 MSPS.

in the design the current sensed by a rogowski coil which should be integrated.

so i need an ADC which has some buffer on it and if possible do the integration.

Unfortunately, we do not have a SAR ADC that incorporates an internal buffer supporting 3.3MSPS.

The ADS7881 is a Single-Ended 12-B SAR ADC supporting 4-MSPS with a  digital parallel interface.  It incorporates an internal reference and reference buffer. 

Another option is the ADS8422, 16-B fully-differential input SAR ADC, with parallel interface, incorporating an internal reference and reference buffer.

As Joe has mention, if you let us know the amplitude, common-mode, input frequency and impedance requirements from the Rogowsky coil, we could suggest an external buffer circuit to work in your design.

please excuse me for the misinforming about buffer in the previous posts. i need a buffer for data, a memory storing converted samples.

there is an original current which is sensed by a rogowski coil.

should to sample the rogowski signal and integrate it
