ADS52J90: configure file for RAMP Test Pattern

Dear support team,

Our customer is evaluating the ADS52J90.
The customer wishes to output RAMP Test Pattern.
In order to check the setting for RAMP Test Pattern, I looked for the following folder with reference to ADS52J90EVM user's guide.
  C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Texas Instruments \ HMC - DAQ GUI \ Scripts \ DS52J90 \ LVDS \ LMK_CDM_MODE

However, the configure file for RAMP Test Pattern was not found in that folder.
Could you please provide the configure file of RAMP Test Pattern "ADS52J90_16ch_16x_RAMP_DIV1.cfg", or teach me how to set to output the RAMP test pattern?

    Hi Masanori-san,

    After configuring the ADS52J90 as detailed in the user's guide, to switch from capturing an analog input signal to ramp test pattern mode, you only need to change the PAT_MODES field of register 2 [9:7] as shown on Page 96 of the datasheet. The value of "000" corresponds to an analog signal while "111" is for ramp test mode.
