Is OMAP2365 required to condition signal for ADS7863 (in pseudo differential mode).

We have a signal which is received from our Rx filter and output is within the expected range. Do we have to pass our signal through OMAP2365. Note we are using ADS7863 in pseudo differential mode in 3:1 configuration.
