we cannot provide support for TI processor devices in the high speed data converter forum. Please ask in the correct forum. But your first question was about driving the SPI programming lines from the UPP pins. Next was a posting about the differential LVDS clock out signal and how to use it with the UPP. The UPP seems to be an 8 bit bus that is not LVDS - it is single ended. The LVDS output clock is part of the digital sample bus output. The sample bus would need to connect to a device with at least 8 LVDS differential inputs plus an LVDS differential clock input. That would not be the UPP.
After first replying, I remembered that the ADS5560 also has the option to output the sample data in single ended CMOS format. In that case, there is a single CLKOUT signal as shown in the pin diagram for CMOS output mode on page 6 of the datasheet. But in that case, the digital sample bus is 16 bits wide for the CMOS single ended sample data. Again, not suitable for an 8 bit UPP.
