ADC12J1600EVM: FTDI Device Error at GUI start up

Hello support team,

My customer has a problem on the ADC12J1600 EVM at GUI start up.
Error message is "FTDI Device not connected properly !!!"

They have installed the FTDI driver as shown below, but the error still appears.
Could you please give me any advice to solve the error?

Evaluation conditions;
- OS : Windows7 (64bit)
- GUI : ADC12J1600EVM GUI v1.3.1
- FTDI driver : CDM21226_Setup.zip
- They are using TSW14J56 and HSDC Pro

I would appreciate your help.

Hi Kaizawa-san

As noted in our off-line discussion the revision of ADC12J1600EVM shipping has been updated to the Rev A design.

This design is not compatible with the older GUI software currently available on the ADC12J1600EVM product folder. I have sent you a temporary link to the newer GUI version and I'm working with the web team to update the version in the product folder.
