TLV1548: Estimated input multiplexer on resistance (Zi) at Vcc=3.3V

Hello,

My customer has a question about TLV1548.

[Q]

They want to estimate the maximum I/O CLK frequency at Vcc=3.3V.

I found that the equation is described in the datasheet page 30, equation (6).

However Zi at Vcc=3.3V is unknown.

Threfore please tell me the estimated Zi value at Vcc=3.3V.

Hello,

Ci max is 55pF over the supply range.

Ri is 1k at 4.5V and 5k at 2.7V. You can use the value of 2.33k for 3.3V.
