RCV420: RCV420 ADC Value not stable

Hello, 

I've a high precision pressure sensor who's output is 4-20mA. I've used RCV420 to convert from current to  0 to 3.3V voltage which is given to TM4C123 launchpad. 

The problem is the ADC value shown on CCS is not stable value. Whenever I connect the pressure sensor to the launchpad through RCV420, the value keeps on fluctuating between + or - 10 of the actual value. 

I've attached the connection of RCV420 circuit done on a general purpose board.  

I've connected the RCVout to the launchpads ADC pin. The value of resistors R8 and R9 is set to 137 ohms.  

How should I stabilize the ADC value ??
