PCB FOR 16BIT ANALOG TO DIGITAL

HI

i designed a circuit.this circuit have  an ADC (ADS8329-16BIT- 1MSPS) and connect to evaluation ARM-STM32F4 -200 MHZ  MICROCONTROLLER BOARD..

I draw a PCB for that.my pcb have tow layers.top layer is signal trace and bottom is GND.

I FILL SOME   EMPTY REGIONS ON TOP LAYER WITH POLYGON COPPER  AND CONNECT POLYGON TO GND.BOTTOM LAYER WITH VIAS.

I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT GND POLYGON(ON TOP LAYER) MAKE PROBLEM OR NOT??
