ADS7826: VREF(Max) at Vcc = 3.3V

Hello,

My customer has a question about ADS7826.

[Q]

In the data sheet of the ADS7826, it is stated that VREF(Max) = Vcc - 0.2 V at  Vcc = 2.7 to 3.6 V.
My customers want to use Vcc 3.3V.
Is it possible to use the circuit of Figure 40 in the data sheet at this time?

    Hi Kaede Kudo

    For your use case of VCC = 3.3V, you can not tie VREF and VCC pin together as shown in figure 40 of datasheet. VREF = VCC is true for VCC =5V.

    We need to get figure 40 corrected as per that. Thanks for pointing this out
