RE: Are any of TI-RTOS, SYS/BIOS, or DSP/BIOS certified for FDA Class III applications? Have they been used in medical applications?

One of the statements above is

"TI does not allow many of its hardware or software products to be used in FDA Class III applications" Does it include TI RTOS?

Can TI RTOS be used in Class III medical applications? 

Can TI Bluetooth stack (which uses TI RTOS) be used in Class III medical applications?
