As the thermal performance becoming increasingly demanding in products on the vehicle, one of my customers decided to do thermal simulation validation.

Could you help provide the TVP5156PNP thermal model? The corresponding package is HTQFP128.

Unfortunately I don't think we have a thermal model available.
