PGA400Q1EVM: PGA400_Send data by usart

Part Number: PGA400Q1EVM

I have PGA400 EVM but I could not find any suitable document for program it.

I found example firmware here:

so I have some questions:

1- Is there any newer version of this sample code?

2- First of all, I would like to send just "Hello World" by usart, but in the sample code I just find serialInit function and I have no idea how can I send data? .

3- I have TPIC83R00 bench evm gui ver 2.03 application, is there any newer version?

4- what can I do with this application ? Is there any firmware in PGA400 by default I mean without programming the PGA400 can I use TPIC83R00 for configure PGA400? for example send data by USART or other features ?
