ADS8634: About Temperature sensor function

I think that temperature sensor function can use register and sensor filter(datasheet page-64) setting only, is it correct?

If there point that he other should be set, please let me know.

    Sorry for the delay. I am not sure that I understand your question fully. The filter described in the data sheet is for external sensors and signals. The internal temperature sensor directly connects internally to the SAR ADC and does not require any additional filtering. If this does not answer your question, please provide some more detail in your explanation.
