TSC2013-Q1: About absolute input current

Please clarify where you are measuring the current.

FYI, supply current table is on page 6. It summarizes supply current numbers under different test conditions based on supply voltage, sample sets per second, adc clock, i2c speed and filter settings used.

There's also Figures 5 - 7 that provides typical supply current variation against temperature and supply voltage for different sample rates and adc clock.

I would like to know the absolute input current of SNSVDD.
If you don't define the value, I want to know actual value of destruction IC.
