    Yusuke-san,

    I would recommend looking at DAC2900 operating at 3.3V; this part meets the sample rate and resolution requirements. If the customer is flexible on sample rate then I recommend using the DAC2932 which is very low power consumption and offers 12-bit resolution with a maximum sample rate of 40MSPS.
