I use tsw1400 with ads54rf63, But I can only apply it to a sampling rate of 100M.

The specific approach: I will double the power of the dual signal after the ad input for direct sampling.

i have used to dry the gap 90 degrees, and then use the iddr ip core to receive, but the collected data using the signaltap observed incorrectly.

I do not know where I am wrong, can you give me a sample program under the reference.

Hi,

The ADS54RF63 EVM is known to be working with FPGAs from all the different vendors, Altera, Xilinx and Lattice. The TSW1400 capture card uses an Altera Stratix4 FPGA and this capture card supports the ADS54Rf63. The smaller cheaper TSW1405 capture card uses a Lattice FPGA and it also supports the ADC. The older and now obsolete TSW1200 used a Xilinx Virtex4 FPGA and it also supported the ADC and its EVM.

The quartus source code for the Altera on the TSW1400 can be downloaded from the TI web at http://www.ti.com/tool/TSW1400EVM?keyMatch=tsw1400&tisearch=Search-EN-Everything under the software heading. Keep in mind please that this source code for the TSW1400 was written to support *many* different data converters with different data formats, so there will be more complexity in the code than would be the case if it were written only for the ADS54RF63, but the support of the 'RF63 is in there.
