Hi,
I have the following Problem with ADS8319:
Resolution seems to degrade with Input Signal Level.
I am using ADS8319 at 3.3V digital and 5V analog supply and reference. I am using 3 wire CS mode with busy indicator.
At Input signals close to 0V LSB (D0) is giving correct values (i.e. it is changeing)
At Signal Levels of about 4.5V D0-D2 are always 1 (also verified through measurement with oscilloscope on SDO) - so efective Resolution is 13 bits instead of 16.
The higher the signal Level gets, the more missing codes respectively less effective Resolution I am getting.
Any idea ?
