ADS7039-Q1: About the data sheet notation of ADS 7039-Q1

Part Number: ADS7039-Q1

Hello Expert,

I have 2 questions about ADS 7039-Q1.

This product has a resolution of 10 bits and a sampling rate of 2 Mbps.

①Timing Diagram

Figure 1 on page 6, but the number of valid bits is 8 bits.
Is this okay with the recognition that the timing diagram is incorrect?
The diagram in Figure 34 seems to be the correct timing diagram.
I think that data sheet such as ads 7041 of sampling frequency difference will be helpful.

②Throughput 2MSPS

Calculating tcycle from [Switching Characteristics] on page 6 will result in 507 ns ≈ 1.97 MHz and will not result in Throughput 2 MSPS.
The calculation formula is as follows. Please point out if there is any mistake in calculations.

10.5 × tSCLK + tSU - CSCK = tCONV · · ①
TCONV + tACQ = Cycle time ... ②

Substitute to ①
10.5 * 35.7 ns + 12 ns = 387 ns

Substitute to ②
387 ns + 120 ns = 507 ns

I guess that the value of tSU_CSCK or tACQ described in the data sheet is incorrect.

Best,Regars.
