I'm looking for information about CDPF3272C (Die marking: 88E 3F3). This integrated circuit is a BGA package with 9 pins. I found this chip on the logic board of an Ipod Touch. Any one with information regarding to this I.C (i.e what is it? its purpose?) I'm grateful for your responses.
