The data sheet only lists theta ja. Are there any further thermal specifications available for this part?

    Hi Richard,

    We don't have any specific data on this device. However, We compared devices with similar packages and they have a R-c-a of around 190 oC/W. As the R-j-a in this device is 240 oC/W, we can calculate the R-j-c to be around 240 - 190 = 50 oC/W.

    As the above are just theoretical calculations based on few assumptions, you should always have sufficient headroom in the thermal design.
