the right way to grounding

Hello

I have some probes that measure some biomedical signals.

all of them are connected to a data acquisition board.

all the cables and connectors are terminated with a resistor of 50 Ohm.

each probe has a ground and the acquisition board has a different ground.

How should I connect them to each other? I think I have two ways as follow:

  • ground all the coax cables at the side of  acquisition board.

  • ground all the coax cables at the both side.

Regards
