ADC12J4000 + TSW14J56 EVM Data Capture Problems

I know this is an older post, but I have encountered the same errors with my board and am having a bit of trouble trying to identify the issue as well. Is there any simple instruction on how to fix this?

    Hi Christopher
    Please let us know exactly which ADC and TSW EVMs you have and when you received them, and the error messages or incorrect behavior that you are experiencing.
    Please provide screen captures if possible. You can access the additional tools that allow attaching images, etc. by clicking on the 'Use rich formatting' link below the right corner of the response box.
