ADS8867: ADS8867: SINAD and THD at 20kHz?

Hello, All,

Are SINAD and THD at 20kHz available for ADS8867? I was asked by customer to compare TI and our competitor at completely the same conditions.... Also I'm interested how stable is Input leakage current vs. temperature? Our competitors shows better figure at +25C. Maybe we are better at another points?

    Hello Dmitry,

    I will need to confirm on the bench the ADS8867 SINAD and THD performance with fin=20kHz, Fs=100kSPS.  Unfortunately, I don't have over temperature data on the input leakage current; I will check with the design team to see if data is available on this parameter.

    Please allow a couple of days while I obtain an ADS8867 sample and perform the SINAD/THD test with fin=20kHz.

    Hi Dmitry,

    I performed a quick bench measurement using with the ADS8867.

    The performance with VREF=5.0V, fin=20kHz, Fs=100kSPS is:

    SNR=95.18dB, SINAD = 95.06dB and THD=-111.05dB
