I am looking into the errors you are getting. Mean while, we can over the initial set up.
Be sure to connect the hardware first, before running the software GUI, not after, this is just to make sure communications are not interupted.
When the hardware is connected to the computer through the USB, a green LED will turn on within the PHI board, even if the software is not running/loading/open.
Also, try running the software without the hardware connected by hitting the Switch to Simulatio button to verify the software can open up.

Thanks for your reply.

1. We connected hardware before starting the GUI. Still we got the same error.

2. Without Hardware communication, GUI entering into Simulation mode & its working

3. We tried in 64Bit & 32Bit Win 7 Professional OS, still we got same errors

Hello Kandababu,

The functional firmware for the PHI board is downloaded to it after it connects to the GUI. The screenshot you shared corresponds to a corrupted firmware file and I am able to recreate the exact same error message on a Win7 64-bit PC in our lab.

I did a clean uninstall, downloaded the installer afresh from ti.com and reinstalled the software and it is functional.

Please try this and let me know if this resolves the issue.
