I set up my ADS1258 with the external clock option (figure 40, SBA297E).
I'm using Vss = 0, Vdd = 5V. The current oscillator is outputting 16MHz @ pk-pk value of 1.5V.
It seems to me that the ADC is not doing anything. When trying to read its register ID, the DOUT pin is flat at Vss.
Does the output of the oscillator need to be higher @ like 3.3 or 5V?
