I looked through the datasheet at what information is there, and for current draw over frequency I only have the information that is presented in the datasheet. The power consumption over frequency in that table is not broken out by supply.

I think analog supply pins don't change by frequency because they may work in the constant current source.

Hi,
since I do not have access to the characterization data, I cannot say for sure but I would agree with your suggestion. On prior designs that were done in bipolar processes the analog portion of the design was often done with current steering logic, so the amount of current was about constant regardless of the data or the sample frequency. I would expect it to be the digital logic that would have the current consumption affected by sample frequency.
