I am using ADS54J66EVM and TSW14J56EVM for the first time but I have the Error 1097.
I have installed and configure both EVM interfaces (ADS54J66EVM and TSW14J56EVM) as shown on the "ADS5XJ6X Evaluation Module" User's Guide. I send you images of the interfaces in use with a screen shot of the error 1097. I also noticed that there is one of the LEDs (VCCD 1.5V) that is not lit in the TSW14J56EVM interface. See attached images.

Hi Farah,
Thanks for the detailed pictures - they help a lot to understand your situation. You need to enter a data rate that is relevant for your test case. This is needed for the FPGA to configure appropriate PLL settings for the serdes lanes. Without this it will not work right.
For LED D13, Can you check the voltage on the side of the LED away from the resistor? It should be 3.3V - if it is then I think its a bad LED - this is the status LED for VCCD_1.5V. Also you can check this VCCD 1.5V voltage at TP19 , it should read 1.5V. If this is ok then the LED may be bad, if not then there could be an issue with the VCCD 1.5V (U18) which will make the board not work right.
If that is ok, then you should also get some LED status once the firmware is loaded after you select the ADC LMF mode in HSDC Pro.

I introduced the data rate but I got the same problem, see attached image.
I mesured also the voltage on the side of the LED D13, but I got only 1.25V, at the TP19 I got 1.50V.
After the firmware is loaded, I got the D3 lit after selecting the ADC LMF mode in HSDC Pro. See second image.

Hi Ken,
Sorry, but the LED D13 its ok for voltage, I got 3.3 V away from the resistor. So The Led is bad but But I still have error 1097.

Can you please ensure that the 5V supply to the TSW14J56EVM has current limit of at least 3A-4A? It looks like the TSW14J56 firmware is not present on the FPGA, this could be due to the 5V current limiting when the FPGA firmware is loading, this could cause the FPGA supply to glitch which could reset the FPGA.
I expect the D3/D8 status LEDs on the TSW14J56 once the firmware is loaded - this should always be the case when firmware is loaded, once a capture is done the SYNC LED will blink. Also on your HSDC Pro GUI - lower right corner, I would expect the Interface Type to be something other than blank " ". HSDC Pro checks the fimrware ID after a load and indicates which type of firmware is loaded.

Thank you Ken, I have increased the current limit of my power supply to 3.5A and the board work, I have the signal in FFT form (I do not use a filter)
