ADS1675 Datasheet:

PIN21 RSV2 -> Short pin to digital ground

PIN22 RSV1 -> Short pin to digital supply

ADS1675REF Schematic:

PIN21 REV2 -> +3.3VD

PIN22 RSV1 -> GND

Which is correct?

Sorry for the confusion - the data sheet is correct. Will get the schematic in the users guide updated as soon as possible.

Hi,

the PINS are not only swapped in the schematic. As I can see in the GERBER data the PINS are also swapped on the PCB.

My GERBER Data version is: REV 2 from 16-Sep-2009. Is a newer version available?

Hi Christian,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The issue is that the original datasheet, the one the EVM was designed to, had the two RSVD swapped - as they are in the schematic in the current users guide and the REV 2 board you have. The Gerbers have been revised and the schematic in the users guide will be updated within the next week or two.
