ADS42LB69: Absolute maximum clock frequency

Dear TI

Do you have any information about the absolute maximum clock frequency for ADS42LB69? The chip is specified for 250 MHz. Do you expect any problems when we will use it at 253 MHz? Sinusoidal clock signal or sinus with higher harmonics?

Andreas,

I do not think you will have a problem, especially if you are running with typical recommended power and room temperature. The specs in the data sheet usually allow for margin, but we can guarantee anything at this frequency as the part was not tested at this speed.
