The FT4232H chip on my evm was damaged by some accident. So I replaced a new FT4232H on the board, but I can not connect the EVM using USB after that. I scanned the usb devices using the FT_PROG software and the FT4232H can be found. But I noticed that the product description of this new FT4232H chip is not ADC12DJ3200EVM_A0. As mentioned in the troubleshooting suggestion, I think maybe the E2PROM of the FT4232H should be programmed with a correct firmware. I searched the TI.com but I can't find where to download the E2PROM file. How do I proceed?
