About AFE4400SPO2EVM this module ...... will it give spo2 signal with the function of real time ? if yes, will it possible to calculate pulse transit time by comparing another module ECG data???

Hi Srinu,

AFE4400 gives the real time raw data in terms of ADC code, which can be translated into the voltage.
If you are interested in the SpO2 ( in terms of %) you have to process the raw data offline.
You can calculate the Pulse Transit Time with the help of another ECG module, however you have to synchronize both the modules in time domain.
