DAC38J84EVM: No DACs shown

This version of the TSW14J57 unfortunately does  support DAC's yet. You will need to exchange this with a TSW14J56EVM. Sorry for the misinformation. The next release of this board (Rev E) will support DAC's though.

I presume you meant  "unfortunately does NOT support DACs yet". So Mouser's web page  which quotes "Evaluates A69 JESD204B DAC and ADC performance", whatever the A69 qualification means, is incorrect as no DACs are supported. So the TI web page which includes the words "The TI TSW14J57 evaluation module (EVM) is a next-generation of pattern generator and data capture card used to evaluate the performance of the new TI JESD204B family of high-speed analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs)" is at this date untrue. So TI document SLWU092 pages which detail the pattern generator operation (with DACs) are untrue. So despite reaching PCB issue 'D', the device is not yet capable of providing 50% of its publically stated function. Well, thank you very much TI, for wasting my employer's money and my time.
