We are giving external input to the ADC12D500RF device. Kindly specify the maximum input power acceptable on VIN+/- pins. Also specify the voltage levels corresponding to it.

That information is contained in Table 3.2 of the product datasheet on page 19.
The full scale range information (input amplitude required to achieve full scale ADC output codes) is listed in Table 3.6 on page 24.
