TSW14J57EVM: Can't select the device to evaluate

Hi Support:

We use TSW14J57EVM+DAC38J84 for pattern generation.After installed the High-Speed Data Converter,
NB can access the TSW14J57EVM on GUI;however, it can't select the device to evaluate on “Select DAC”
window in the top left of the GUI.We also found the DAC file folder is empty in path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\High Speed Data Converter Pro\14J57revD Details\DAC files.
The verson of High-Speed Data Converter is v4.7. Please help it , thanks.

    Ya Ting,

    Rev D of the TSW14J57EVM currently does not support our DAC's. Rev E boards will but will not be available for another couple of weeks. Sorry for the error in the present documentation on the web. Work with your distributor on replacing the TSW14J57EVM with a TSW14J56EVM.
