Searching for an ADC EVM or DK that currently has support

I am searching for an ADC evaluation/development kit/board that is currently being supported by TI.

Is there a kit that contains at least two ADCs and at least two analog inputs and also be programmable through a desktop, similar in concept to TI's ADCpro application?

    One possibility would be the ADS131A04EVM. This is a device that has four simultaneously sampling ADCs. The EVM is built up the Delta-Sigma ADC EvaluaTIon Software that is compatible with Windows 10, whereas ADCPro is generally limited to Windows 7 or earlier. Read through the ADS131A04 datasheet to see if this device suitable for your application. The device also comes in a 2 channel option called the ADS131A02.     Another possibility is the ADS124S08EVM. This device has a single ADC, but with a front end multiplexer. I would note that this device is geared towards temperature measurement and has input connections to the board that are set up for different RTD, thermocouple and bridge measurements. Also, the software doesn't allow you to cycle through different channels and device configurations. You can only set the configuration, take data, and then set another configuration and take more data. If you have a specific application in mind, I would look through the EVM user guide.
