I am very interested in developing a wearable device that uses the AFE4300 for biomedical diagnostic technology. My group has an interest in using the AFE4300 for a translational research project. However, we want more information on TI's policy for developing a product that could be open-source or for commercialization purposes. The device would use have its own arduino based microcontroller (ATmega328p) for controlling the AFE4300 and we would develop the programming reference library using the AFE4300's datasheet.
Furthermore, if we are interested in the commercialization route, would we be required to notify TI of such an endevour.
