My customer is using ADC128D818 and has questions about time-out.
1. In the section 8.5.1.2, "The ADC128D818 I2C state machine resets to its idle state if either SCL or SDA is held low for longer than 35
ms.", what is the idle state? Idle state means shutdown mode?
2. "ADC128D818 will automatically release SDA after driving it low continuously for 25 to 35 ms, hence preventing I2C bus lock-up.", it means ADC128D818 may has chance happening I2C lock-up? And in case it happens more than 35mS the ADC will reset itself?
3. After time-out occurs, what is the ADC's status? Will all registers setting be reset to default value and host side has to initial ADC again?
