I installed the LabVIEW software(ADS1298 ECG FE Evaluation Software) from this wepsite
but that is not open source
I want open source and be able to modify it.
Can I get LabVIEW open source?

Thank you for your continued interest in using the ADS1298! National Instruments wrote up a nice little article about 'open source' which you might find interesting, you can read the article here: 
The software associated with the ADS1298ECGFE-PDK was developed using LabVIEW (for the GUI) as well as Code Composer Studio (for the firmware on the DSP). That being said, we can point you to the source code for the project, but you may not be able to do anything with it since it would require a licensed copy of LabVIEW and an older version of CCS.
