ADS1293: ADS1293 can not support AAMI EC11、EC13、IEC60601-1、IEC60601-2-27 and IEC60601-2-51 standards ?

Dears,

our client find the ADS1293, but spec did not show AAMI EC11、EC13、IEC60601-1、IEC60601-2-27 and IEC60601-2-51 standards support?

is mean cannot support standards? or H/W design can do for help?

If our need design lead 5 ECG application, have any suggestion part number?

If any, please advise me.

Hi Lawrence,

The ADS1293 is capable of implementing a 5-lead ECG measurement, but it is not a final product, so it's not necessarily subject to the same testing requirements defined by the standards you mentioned above. Building an end-product which meets various medical standards is going to be subject in large part to the way in which you design the hardware.
