Hen,

Unfortunately such a device does not exist in our portfolio and personally I have not seen such a device available on in industry (though it still could exist, of course). I believe you would need to look into discrete options perhaps based on DAC7578 / DAC7678 or dual usage of DAC7573 / DAC7574.

Hi,
I see 8 channels can i use part of them as IDAC?
IDAC 1mA resolution 0-150mA

Hen,

There is no integrated current output stage, but you could use 4 of the 8 channels directly for voltage outputs and 4 of the channels with external circuits to convert from voltage to current.
