We are using ADS62P22 in one of the designs. Some chips are giving positive slope and some are giving negative slope for same inputs . Below is the behavior. Please help us to know the difference. ADC_INPUT Positive (ADC_INP) and ADC_INPUT Negative (ADC_INM) are same in both the cases.
