Hello,
How to measure the EVM (Error Vector Magnitude) on the LTE waveform that will be generated from DAC38J84EVM + TSW14J56EVM?
Can we generate the our own LTE waveform from DAC38J84EVM+TSW14J56EVM?
If we have to use the LTE waveform from the test file instead of our own waveform, then can we convert the .tsw to matlab format for the EVM measurement using the Matlab?
Regards,
Jason
Hi Jason,
HSDC Pro allows for .csv files to also be imported when loading pattern files to the DAC through the TSW14J56EVM. A sine wave example is included in the HSDC Pro install directory. Click Load External Pattern File to bring up the folder as shown below.
Tools, such as MATLAB, can be used to create a waveform of your choosing, and can then be saved in the .csv format in order to import into HSDC Pro. Note that there are two columns in the example sine wave .csv file. The first column is for channel 1, and the second column is for channel 2.
Regards,
Dan
