i want to know how to set PGA and which registor we will configure to make the changes in PGA,Vref , Vfsr.

Hi Rohit,

Welcome to our e2e Forum! Please review the ADS1220 datasheet, page 40, Table 16 Configuration Register 0 for details on setting the GAIN. The reference options are set with Configuration Register 2 (Table 19, page 42).
