For 8-bit version, what is the Offset error and the Gain error for 0-3 and 251-255?

When the DAC output is operating near the supply voltages, the error becomes non-linear so GE and OSE no longer apply. For this reason we specify the code-set away from the rails.

Here is a video describing this behavior, with OSE vs ZCE described at about 3:30. You can estimate the error in the ranges outside of the specified codes by looking at the zero-code error and the full-scale error. The DAC5578 PDS specifies those values in the electrical characteristics table.
