Hi Meng,
The gain error specified in the ADS8353 datasheet specifies the minimum and maximum gain error caused by the ADC, for given inputs.
Hence, as long as the analog input driving amplifier settles within the acquisition time of the ADC, there should not be any additional gain error beyond what is specified in the datasheet.
