i have a question regarding front end filter installed in ADS1298  having cutt off frequencies of about  fc = 227785.53244245[Hz].

but ECG signal has frequency range between 2-150hz  then why TI installed that filter.

also tell me that what kind of filter i should installed to get clean signal.

    Hello Ahmed,

    The low-pass filters used on the EVM are for antialising purposes. The cutoff frequency can be set lower if you prefer (say between 1kHz and 10kHz), but the intention is not necessarily to isolate the ECG signal content. That can be done in post-processing.
